Its built on the OpenMRS Platform version 2.1.3 with several bug fixes and new features included. Please see the Release notes for more information. OpenMRS 1.10.0 has just been released. The release mainly contains a re-work of the order entry API and some bug fixes. OpenMRS 1.9.8 has just been released. It is a maintenance release focused on bug fixes.
