Our registrations are open and take two simple steps as indicated below. We have ensured to maintain our stand registration fees which are as follows:
Purchase your tickets within the specified window if you want to take advantage of the discounted rates. For those of you that are being sponsored by your organization and aren’t personally paying for your own tickets, we understand and will accommodate any challenges in payment delays.

Use Brown Paper Tickets, OpenCollective, PayPal, or Stripe for payment. Please contact events@openmrs.org or use OpenCollective to arrange wire transfers.
Why Registration Fees?
Whether OpenMRS Implementer Conferences are in person or virtual, we rely on people’s time, meeting tools, and venues to plan, organize, and host our community events. Each of these come with some kind of cost. Every year, our goal is to make our Implementers’ Meetings cost neutral. And thanks to your registration fees and sponsors, we’ve met that goal year after year. To remain cost neutral in 2023, we need to raise $90,000 to cover our meeting costs.

Travel Grants
We regret to inform you that the OpenMRS community will not be able to provide scholarship opportunities for this year’s meeting due to budget constraints. We appreciate all those who applied and understand the significance of this event for the OpenMRS community. We apologize for not being able to offer financial assistance to those in need.
