Indy folk can do 4pm. A little earlier wouldn't be bad either. --Burke 17:39, 28 Oct 2005 (US Eastern Standard Time)

As per my email: I have some q month standing conflicts on Thursday afternoons. I have a q week meeting which ends at 1PM Pacific but 1-2 PDT works reasonably often. (4-5 EDT, 3-4 CDT?). I seem to recall that there is something unusual about time zones in Indiana, so you may have to remind us to reset our meeting clocks soon... -- Bill Lober

You can see the time differences on this page (or on the article I meant to link in my e-mail. --Burke 23:17, 28 Oct 2005 (US Eastern Standard Time)

4 is really too late for Rwanda I think. Hamish

Agreed. Looking at how the times match up — and considering that you can't meet until after 2pm Boston time — how about 2pm, 2:30pm, or 3pm Indy time? Which of these would you prefer, Hamish? --Burke 23:30, 30 Oct 2005 (US Eastern Standard Time)

The latest that Rwanda can possibly start the call is 10pm. They don't do daylight savings time there, so that's 3pm boston time. Also, Hamish can meet before 2pm boston time. --Darius

Ben and I can be flexible. Sounds like Darius and Christian prefer an earlier time. Bill says he could join us intermittently and keep up via the website/etc. So, we just need to get Paul and Hamish to agree on a time ... 10am, 2pm, whatever. --Burke 16:16, 31 Oct 2005 (US Eastern Standard Time)

I'm fine with 1:30pm .. --Paul 19:11, 31 Oct 2005 (US Eastern Standard Time)

1:30pm sounds like a winner. It's official! --Burke 22:20, 31 Oct 2005 (US Eastern Standard Time)
